he Boston Marathon, one of the world’s most prestigious marathons, is held every year and is hosted by several cities in greater Boston in eastern Massachusetts, United States. It is always held on Patriots' Day, the third Monday of April. Parts of the marathon are lined with wonderful cafes and coffee shops, making it a fun event for all ages!
